Real Repairs, No Guesswork

When something's wrong with your computer, you shouldn't have to drive an hour to the nearest city and leave it there for a week. I come to you — home or office — anywhere from Norfolk and Wayne to Pierce, Plainview, and the smaller towns in between.

Before I touch anything, I run a full diagnostic and explain exactly what's wrong and what it'll cost to fix. No surprise invoices, no upselling parts you don't need — just an honest assessment from someone who'll still be your neighbor next year.

Questions About This Service

What usually causes a slow computer?
Most slowdowns come from a failing hard drive, too many startup programs, malware, or a drive that's nearly full. I run a full diagnostic first so you're not paying to fix the wrong thing.
Can you recover files from a crashed or dead hard drive?
In most cases, yes. I can often recover photos, documents, and files even from drives that no longer boot. If a drive needs specialized lab recovery, I'll tell you upfront rather than charge you for something I can't deliver.
Do you work on Macs as well as Windows PCs?
Yes — repairs, upgrades, and troubleshooting on both. Phone and tablet setup (iOS and Android) is also covered under this service.
Should I repair my old computer or just replace it?
I'll give you a straight answer either way. If a $75 upgrade adds three more years of useful life, I'll say so. If the hardware is genuinely at the end of the road, I'll tell you that too — and can help set up a replacement.
Do I have to bring my computer somewhere?
No storefront to worry about — I come to your home or office throughout northeast Nebraska (Norfolk, Wayne, Pierce, Plainview, and surrounding towns). Many software issues can also be fixed remotely.
