Do you have a physical location I can drop off my computer?
No storefront — all service is mobile and on-site. I come to you. For smaller repairs I can sometimes arrange a pick-up/drop-off in a central location.
How far do you travel for on-site work?
I serve farms and businesses throughout northeast Nebraska. Travel fees may apply for locations over 30 miles. Out-of-area projects are evaluated case by case.
How quickly can you respond?
I respond to every inquiry, usually same day. Urgent issues like a down network or calving-season camera failure get priority — call me directly.
Do you offer remote support for things that don't need an on-site visit?
Yes. Many software issues, virus removals, and configuration problems can be handled remotely with a secure screen-sharing session. Remote support is available anywhere.
Do you give free estimates?
Yes — I provide free phone consultations and written quotes for larger projects. You'll always know what something costs before I start.
