Built for How Farms Actually Work

This is where I spend most of my time, and it's the reason Beacon Creek Tech exists. Between a Computer Science degree and hands-on experience at a precision agriculture company, I understand both the technology and the operation it needs to serve — whether that's a Starlink dish that needs a clear shot at the sky, a barn that needs reliable Wi-Fi for cameras, or a GPS system that needs to talk to your equipment.

I work farms and ranches from Wayne and Pierce to Plainview, Neligh, Creighton, and Verdigre — on your schedule, including evenings, weekends, and around calving season or harvest.

Questions About This Service

Will Starlink actually work well on my farm?
In almost every case across northeast Nebraska, yes — Starlink has been a major upgrade over DSL and fixed wireless for the farms and ranches I've worked with. I'll walk your property, check for obstructions, and tell you honestly if it's the right fit before you buy anything.
How long does a Starlink installation take?
Most residential and farmstead installs take 2–4 hours, including mount placement, cable routing, and network configuration. Larger properties with multiple buildings or barn Wi-Fi expansion take longer — I'll quote that upfront.
Can you set up calving cameras that work with a weak or no cell signal?
Yes — once you've got a solid Starlink or fixed connection, I can set up livestock and calving cameras that run off your farm network instead of relying on cell signal, with remote viewing from your phone.
Do you work with precision ag software and GPS mapping systems?
Yes. I support common precision ag platforms and GPS/mapping tools, and can help with drone data processing and farm management software setup and integration.
What areas do you cover for ag tech installs?
Farms and ranches throughout northeast Nebraska — Wayne, Pierce, Plainview, Neligh, Creighton, Verdigre, and surrounding counties. Travel fees may apply past 30 miles; I'm happy to travel for the right project.
